Job Overview:


The Senior Analyst will provide support for the Company's equity compensation plans, including stock options, restricted and performance stock units and the Company's Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP). In addition, the Senior Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Company's technical accounting, including providing accounting guidance and technical support to key stakeholders and administering the annual accounting policy update process.



Responsibilities:


  • Provide support for the Company's ESPP program, including quarterly communication, purchase reconciliation and enrollment reporting.

  • Generate, prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual equity reporting, including share-based compensation support, share activity and tax reporting.

  • Support the drafting of SEC filings (i.e. Form 4) for our Executive Officers.

  • Provide administrative support in drafting grant agreements, equity holding statements and other equity administration functions.

  • Support and drive strategic projects and analysis including accounting and reporting for acquisitions and other transactions with a focus on improving and streamlining processes.

  • Prepare technical accounting memos and annual updates to accounting policies, research accounting standards, and provide accounting policy support to business partners.

  • Participate in the successful execution of SOX and regulatory controls and documentation of policies and procedures.

  • Leverage technology to automate manual work and simplify processes where feasible to create a highly scalable, flexible, and efficient infrastructure

  • Promote and develop a continuous improvement culture within the Finance organization.

Requirements:


  • BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience, with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, accounting, or public accounting

Preferences:


  • CPA license

  • Experience with equity plan administration systems such as Fidelity Plan Sponsor Webstation (PSW)



Pay Range:


$73,840-$110,760/year


Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
